Weight
The weight and thickness of the item to be coated is a crucial factor. Heavier items may necessitate extended time in the curing oven to ensure it is fully cured.
Sizes
Our facilities can accommodate items up to 4000 mm.
Quantity
Consideration of the number of parts in the batch—whether it’s a single prototype or a full production run. We have to look at what the maximum capacity the oven can accommodate at once etc
Condition of the item(s)
The condition of the item matters; rusty or previously coated items might need more extensive pre-treatment. If previously coated this will take longer to blast for example
Specific requirements
If your items have specific needs, such as masking of parts or places that don’t require coating, specified coating thicknesses or any particular pretreatments, then we can devise a customised pricing plan for you.
